I just read the bill again and it looks like it <B>does</B> allow breweries to self-distribute in Nebraska. Can somebody who speaks legalese please <A HREF="http://uniweb.legislature.ne.gov/FloorDocs/Current/PDF/Intro/LB955.pdf" REL="nofollow">read the bill</A> and tell me what it <I>really</I> means?
