China

The list of Chinese breweries was getting pretty big, so I've broken it down by province. If you're familiar with the breweries in China, please take a look at the provincial listings and let me know if I've made any mistakes.

I'd like to do the same thing for Russia — the largest list on the site — but I don't have nearly enough information on each city's oblast' or okrug. Can you help? (SÅ‚awomir?)

have fun

What a great site. I know there are many additional breweries to be listed in China because I had a beer in Dalian and another one in Yantai that are not on here. I will seek to update you upon my return from my next trip.

P.S. I am originally from Kalamazoo, MI, home of the highly coveted Bells Beer.

I lived in Hangzhou, where the local brew is West Lake Beer (Xihu Pijiu), not sure who makes it but it is completely unextraordinary.

Here in Shanghai the local swill is REEB, which is much worse.

There is a very tasty black beer coming out of western China that you can occasionally find at Xinjiang style restaurants, but I don't even know the name in Chinese.

Nice site BTW
