Back from Seattle
What a week. Paris and I returned home late Saturday from this year's Craft Brewers Conference in Seattle. Not a lot of sleep, but lots of good seminars, lots of fun people, lots of great beer. We managed to visit these brewpubs:
- Sunday
- Pacific Crest Brewing, Tukwila — was unfortunately closed when we arrived on Sunday
- Pacific Rim Brewing, Seattle
- Elliott Bay Brewery and Pub , Seattle
- Issaquah Brewhouse, Issaquah
- Pyramid Alehouse, Brewery and Restaurant, Seattle
- Monday
- Dog Bone Brewing, Tumwater — doesn't exist at the (residential) address I have; maybe it's located somewhere else
- Fish Brewing, Olympia
- Engine House #9, Tacoma
- Tuesday
- Skagit River Brewing, Mount Vernon
- Scuttlebutt Brewing, Everett
- Eagle Brewing, Mukilteo
- Diamond Knot Brewery & Alehouse, Mukilteo
- McMenamins, Mill Creek
- Twin Rivers Brewing, Monroe
- Far West Ireland Brewing, Redmond — isn't brewing anymore
- Wednesday
- Pike Pub and Brewery, Seattle
- Thursday
- Elysian Brewery & Public House, Seattle
- Friday
- Big Time Brewing, Seattle
- Maritime Pacific Brewing, Seattle
- Browers Cafe, Seattle — not a brewery, but a tavern with an astonishing array of fine beers
Some of these links won't work until I get my notes typed up over the next few days, so stay tuned.
