Yesterday: Freiburg im Breisgau
It's another beautiful day here in western Switzerland. The trains were on time, and Brauerei Karbacher and the attached restaurant braui were one short block from the Schönenwerd station, and I was drinking my first beer by 11:20am.

They also pour the Lager Hell from Basel's Fischerstube.
A hearty lunch of Karottensuppe mit Ingwer, Salat, und Geschmorter Rindfleischvogel an Kräutersauce mit Creole Reis meant it was nap time on the train back to Basel.
A couple of beers in the hotel bar finished me off for the evening.
